Day 01: VARANASI

Afternoon arrival at Varanasi airport, transfer to Hotel check later in evening transfer to Ganges for Boating and Evening Ganga Aarti on famous Dashashwamedh Ghat (Dashashwamedh Ghat is the main ghat in Varanasi on the Ganga River. It is located close to Vishwanath Temple and is probably the most spectacular ghat. Two Hindu legends are associated with it: According to one, Lord Brahma created it to welcome Lord Shiva. According to another legend, Lord Brahma sacrificed ten horses during Dasa-Ashwamedha yajna performed here.) Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 02: VARANASI

Early morning Temple darshan (Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna Mandir, Kala Bhairov Mandir) followed with Sankat Mochan Mandir, Durga Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir & Banaras Hindu University (BHU). After breakfast move for Sarnath (Sarnath is the place where Gautama Buddha after attain enlightenment delivers his first sermon to 5 followers). Sightseeing of Sarnath including Sarnath Museum (Our National Emblem excavated from Sarnath is on Display built by Samrat Ashoka), Ancient ruins, Mahabodhi society Temple. Evening is free. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 03: VARANASI – BODHGAYA (270 KM, 6 Hrs. approx. one way)

After breakfast checkout from hotel and transfer to Bodhgaya (It is famous as it is the place where Gautama Buddha is said to have obtained Enlightenment (Pali: Bodhi) under what became known as the Bodhi Tree). On reaching before check in visit Mahabodhi Temple. Return hotel check in and overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

Places of Interest: Mahabodhi Temple, Buddhist Temples, Vishnu Pad Temple, Sita Kund.

Day 04: BODHGAYA – VARANASI (270 KM, 6 Hrs. approx. one way)

Early morning visit Vishnu pad Temple for Pind DAAN, Akshayavat. Afternoon checkout from hotel and transfer to Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 05: VARANASI – PRAYAGRAJ (130 KM 3 Hrs. approx. one way)

After early breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to PRAYAGRAJ. Overnight in Prayagraj. (The city’s original name – Prayag, or “place of offerings” – comes from its position at the Sangam (confluence) of the Ganga, Yamuna and Sarasvati rivers. It is the second-oldest city in India, and plays a central role in Hindu scriptures. Allahabad was originally called Kaushambi (now a separate district) by the Kuru rulers of Hastinapur, who developed it as their capital. Since then, Allahabad has been a political, cultural and administrative center of the Doab region. Mughal emperor Akbar renamed it Allahabad, which the British changed to Allahabad. In 1833 it became the seat of the Ceded and Conquered Provinces region before its capital was moved to Agra in 1835. Allahabad became the capital of the North-Western Provinces in 1858, and was the capital of India for a day. The city was the capital of the United Provinces from 1902 to 1920 and remained at the forefront of national importance during the struggle for Indian independence.)

Places of interest HOLY DIP IN SANGAM, Bada Hanuman Mandir, Akshayvat Tree (Akshayavat (“the indestructible banyan tree”) is a sacred fig tree mentioned in the Hindu mythology. According to a legend, once the sage Markandeya asked Lord Narayana to show him a specimen of the divine power. Narayana flooded the entire world for a moment, during which only the Akshayavat could be seen above the water level.) & Annand Bhawna (Birthplace of first Prime Minister of Independent India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru)

Day 06: VARANASI - DEPART

After breakfast, checkout from hotel and drop at Varanasi airport for onward/return journey.

  • Guide service/charge
  • Remittance charge/Bank charge for transfer of money.
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Any entrance/monuments fees/mobile/ camera/video tickets.
  • Meals other than mentioned.
  • Any VIP darshan/Dakshina/Prashad/Garland fees
  • Any personal nature expenses.
  • GST Extra

Tour cost does not include: -

  • Personal expenditure like soft drinks, mineral water, phone calls, tips, porter age etc.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes” box.
  • Any expenses of personal nature.
  • High season surcharge, applicable during Chinese New Year period
  • High Season / Special events supplements will be applicable at the time of booking only.
  • Any optional tour.

Remarks: -

  • Rates are not valid during fair period, when surcharges will be applicable on the package.
  • Vehicle is available for point-to-point basis use only. Extra running or usage will be on chargeable basis
  • If transfers are required before 08:00 hrs. and after 18:00 hrs., please do send email to get the cost with applicable surcharges
  • To proceed with the booking a non-refundable Booking deposit of Rs. 2,500/- per person
  • All hotels provided in the package will be in the vicinity of City Centre.
  • Strictly follows hotels check in and check out policy.
  • At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
  • Please note Tempo traveler are not allowed inside the Varanasi city, client have to Take Rickshaw or electric rickshaw on direct payment basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Check in time is 1400 hrs. and check out time is 12 noon. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Total tour cost to be paid in INR at the rate of exchange prevalent at the time of payment.
  • The above rates are based on minimum 2A paying passengers traveling together. Should there be any change in number of passengers, the rates may change accordingly.
  • 100% payment to be made in advance for booking the services. Payment can be done by cash or NEFT.
  • There will be a 100% cancellation levied on cancellation made after the booking is confirmed.
  • Service taxes are as per prevailing rates from Govt. of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
  • This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • On tour expenses if any will be charged to client by directly.
  • Once confirmation there will be no refund for unused services.
  • We are not liable to make refund if delay caused by FLIGHT/TRAIN delay, riots, landslides, bandh or any on tour accident/mishappening

Booking Conditions: -

  • A non – refundable deposit of Rs. 2,500 per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
  • A non – refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
  • If date of travel is less than 10 days, total cost shall be applicable
  • Remaining amount 7 days before the trip starts, failing to do so will attract full cancellation of the trip and no refund will be made in such conditions.

  • Between 30-20 days 50% of Holiday Cost
  • Between 19-10 days 75% of Holiday Cost
